Bela Mathur is a B. Tech. (Electrical Engineer). She graduated from Sardar Vallabhbhai Regional College of Engineering, Surat.

She has a post graduate diploma in management as well as post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. She is a member of Indian Society of Lighting Engineers (ISLE), Indian Plumbing Association (IPA) and ASHRAE.
